Heathland Gravel is a three-day gravel festival held at Terhills in Maasmechelen and billed as the Official Unbound Gravel Qualifier for Europe. The event weekend centres on the flagship 160 km Unbound Qualifier and also offers 110 km and 70 km options, together with a bike expo, social rides and a programme of community events. The setting is the Limburg heathland with scenic sections near the Meuse, emphasising off-road gravel terrain and festival-style hospitality for riders and visitors alike.
The weekend schedule includes pre-race activities, evening entertainment and race‑day services with an official start for the 160 km qualifier and a free start window for other distances. Heathland Gravel is organised under the Flanders Classics umbrella and promotes a strong social component, including organised social rides, a kids race and expo presence. Participants are directed to the event website and the linked registration page for detailed entry, licensing and package information.
