EROICA Valkenburg

EROICA Valkenburg is a vintage cycling festival and ride that returns for its ninth edition across the weekend of 5–6 June 2026. The event celebrates retro bicycles and classic cycling clothing, inviting participants to ride in period kit while following scenic routes through the hilly Limburg landscape. The atmosphere is festival-like, with local hospitality and gastronomic stops that showcase regional delicacies along the way.

The rides put a strong emphasis on heritage and landscape, with two newly designed routes that pass historic houses, viewpoints, castles and famous climbs such as the Cauberg. The event combines self-guided route options and on-course markings with downloads available after registration, making it suitable for both dedicated retro-enthusiasts and families seeking a memorable day out. EROICA Valkenburg is organised under the Eroica brand (L’Eroica Srl) and forms part of the broader Eroica events programme.
