Field House Camping & Coffee Barn, Tibthorpe (near Driffield), North Yorkshire
The Wold Rangers Way Ultra is a single-day 50 km circular ultramarathon that largely follows the Wold Rangers Way, starting and finishing at Field House Camping & Coffee Barn near Tibthorpe (Driffield), United Kingdom. The route threads through the rolling chalk valleys and farmland of the Yorkshire Wolds, visiting several villages en route, and is described as undulating rather than technical. The event carries a generous 12-hour overall limit, with a scheduled race start at 08:00 on race day, making it accessible to well-prepared first-time ultrarunners and experienced athletes alike.
Entries include a GPX file and tracker-enabled live tracking for participants and supporters, and there are four staffed village checkpoints offering food, drink, toilets and later-stage drop-bag collection. Runners can choose an eco-wooden medal, a wildflower seed medal, or opt to have three trees planted instead; at least part of each entry fee is donated to local charities. The event offers free on-site parking at registration, free event photography to download after the race, and pre-published recce routes and route waymarking for navigation support.
