SachsenTrail im Erzgebirge is a multi-day trail running festival held at Sportpark Rabenberg in Breitenbrunn, Saxony, taking place from 26 to 28 June 2026. The event combines an evening UpHill Prolog with a full programme of Saturday and Sunday trail races, and is presented by Laufszene Events GmbH under the SachsenTrail brand. The weekend is open to a wide range of abilities, from childrens trails to a long UltraTrail, and the official event pages and Ausschreibung provide detailed course and logistics information.
The race weekend features a SuperTrail package option that links multiple events into a single weekend classification, podium awards and finisher medals across distances, and comprehensive on-course services including feed stations and electronic timing via single-use chip in the race bib. Start and finish for the main races are at Sportpark Rabenberg and detailed GPS tracks, start lists and briefings are provided by the organiser. Entrants are advised to carry their own cup/soft-cup for refreshment points and to consult the organisers Ausschreibung for age limits, kit requirements and baggage/drop-bag procedures.
