The 13. Erlanger Benefizlauf 2026 (Der Erlanger Benefizlauf) is a one-day charity run centred on Röthelheimpark in Erlangen and organised by the Lions Clubs network in Erlangen. The event explicitly supports the Leo-Lions Sportkids project at the Pestalozzischule, with the stated main aim of promoting integration through sport. The run is presented as part of a neighbourhood family festival with music and community activities adjacent to the race area.
The course is a largely flat 900 m loop around the green strip in Röthelheimpark, with a separate 400 m Bambini route for the very young and multiple lap-based categories for pupils, youths and adults. The event format includes children's races, school competitions and an adults'/youth team cup, and results and certificates are processed by the timing partner SAS-Zeitmesssysteme. Event pages provide registration, rules (Ausschreibung), a course map (Streckenplan) and a day programme for participants and spectators.
