Sussex Downs Trail Run

The Sussex Downs Trail Run is a single‑day trail running event held on Saturday 28 November 2026, with start and finish at Plumpton Racecourse near Lewes. The event offers multiple route options including a 21.3 km half‑marathon, a 15.5 km route and a 10.8 km route, and the courses climb onto the South Downs Way with panoramic views across Sussex and occasional sea views. Logistics are set around a village at Plumpton Racecourse: the venue opens early and there is chip timing, bib collection on arrival, water stations and first aid cover on course.
