The 40. Stoißer Alm Berglauf mit Bayerischen Berglaufmeisterschaften für alle Klassen is a mountain running event taking place on Saturday 9 May 2026. Organised by SC Anger and held as the Bavarian Mountain Running Championships (Bayerische Berglaufmeisterschaften), the race marks the 40th edition of the Stoißer Alm Berglauf. Races are based at the Stoißer Alm above Anger in Upper Bavaria and the official event page lists a mass start at 14:00 with bib pickup from 12:00. The championship structure covers all age classes from youth through masters.
The main race, the Stoißer Alm Berglauf, is a single-discipline uphill run of 7 km with approximately 620 metres of elevation gain on a well-maintained forest road. Start is by mass start and medical support is provided by Bergwacht Teisendorf-Anger. After the race there is a medal and flower ceremony on the Stoißer Alm and participants are offered tea and a free cake buffet. Online registration is handled via a linked registration service and the organiser page indicates a €25 start fee (cash).
