Steinbergparklauf is a one-day community running meeting held at Steinbergpark (Rodelbahn) in Berlin-Waidmannslust on 25 April 2026. The event programme stages multiple time-based races on the same day, including the 1 Stunde Lauf (Heavy Hour), the 30 Minuten Lauf (Rush Hour), a 15-minute Schüler:innen-Lauf and a 400 m Bambini-Lauf. Most competition formats are lap-based on an approximately 1 km paved loop around the Rodelbahn, with the children’s races run on a separate 400 m paved circuit. The organiser positions the event as family-friendly and sport-for-all, with distinct age categories and Berlin Cup scoring for selected races.
The event emphasises low-waste operations and asks competitors to bring their own drinking containers, offering a VERDURO refill station and self-serve water and tea before and after races. Entrants receive an exclusive finisher medal and races are electronically timed using chip timing; certificates are available as downloads after the event. Start number collection opens on race day (about 09:00) and late online entries are handled via the MyRacePartner registration system. Field sizes are limited and prize ceremonies are held for winners in the stated age groups.
