VfL Tegel Jedermann Run (Open fun run)

The event "Jedermannlauf VfL Tegel" is the 48th edition of the club's open running event, held on 3 May 2026 at the Tegeler Forst in Berlin. It offers a programme of short and mid-distance races plus a walking / Nordic walking category, making it suitable for families, youth athletes and recreational runners. The course uses broad, flat forest paths through the Tegeler Forst and emphasises an accessible, low‑technical route that is approachable for all abilities. Organised by the Leichtathletik‑Abteilung des VfL Tegel 1891 e.V., the event is staged under the rules of the German Athletics Association (DLV).

Races start from 09:30 (Schülerlauf 1.2 km) with the main programme (5 km and 10 km races and walking) beginning at 10:00; the official finishing window (Zielschluss) is 12:00. The event is the fourth race in the Berliner Läufercup 2026 and includes a commemorative finisher medal in the entry fee. Late, on‑site registration is permitted up to 30 minutes before each start for a higher cash fee and entry payments are processed by SEPA direct debit via the appointed payment provider.
