Schloßberglauf Seebenstein is a village-scale hill race held in Seebenstein and organised by the Fremdenverkehrs- und Dorferneuerungsverein Seebenstein (FVDV) as part of the Buckltour series. The one-day event on 9 May 2026 features a single competitive distance and attracts regional runners looking for a challenging spring climb. The course starts at Schlossweg and finishes at the Ruine Türkensturz, routing runners past Burg Seebenstein, Pfaffengraben and the Templerhöhlenweg in a 7.8 km hill challenge with approximately 421 metres of ascent. The 2026 edition includes a specially made finisher medal, podium trophies and mid-day pasta served for runners, and manual timekeeping is used.
