The Schloßberglauf Seebenstein is a single-day mountain run held on the Schlossberg near Seebenstein and takes competitors along a historic, varied route that includes Burg Seebenstein and the Türkensturz ruin. The 2026 edition features a challenging 7.8 km course with approximately 421 metres of elevation gain, and the organiser highlights a new finisher medal (NEU 2026) and a post-race pasta lunch for all participants. The event is organised by the Fremdenverkehrs- und Dorferneuerungsverein Seebenstein (FVDV) and is listed as part of the Buckltour Cup, combining local tradition with a compact race experience.
