Schlossberg XC & Marathon light

Schlossberg XC & Marathon light is a combined mountain‑bike event organised by SPORTUNION Mountainbike Team Bucklige Welt, held in Kirchschlag in der Buckligen Welt on Sunday 12 July 2026. The meeting combines a Technikparcour with cross‑country races and a shorter Marathon light circuit, offering competition for youth, elite, amateur and hobby riders. The event is ÖRV‑approved and forms part of the Austria Youngster Cup, Austria Amateur Cup and the LRV NÖ MTB Nachwuchscup. Competitors should expect technical sections, single‑track and forest‑track riding around the Schlossberg venue.

Race activity centres on the Martini Motocrossgelände (MSC Kirchschlag) where the Marathon light field is scheduled to start at 09:00 and cross‑country races and the Technikparcour run through the day with category‑dependent start times. Pre‑event course inspection and training are scheduled on Saturday 11 July 2026 and on Sunday morning, and the race office opens on the day for number collection. Entries are handled via RaceResult and the event provides on‑site timing with medals for top finishers in each class. Participants must wear a helmet and follow ÖRV rules and the race director's instructions.
