Race for Life Kingston and Kempton Park 10k is a charity 10 km run organised by Cancer Research UK as part of the Race for Life series. It takes place on Saturday 4 July 2026 at Kempton Park Racecourse in Sunbury-on-Thames and is chip-timed so runners can record official times. The event invites adults (18+) to take part in support of cancer research and fundraising, offering a welcoming atmosphere for participants of varied abilities.
The start is in the centre of the racecourse and participants are asked to follow signage and steward directions on arrival. Spectators are encouraged and finishers are invited to celebrate afterwards with picnics on the grounds, while the event page provides guidance on parking and public transport. Blue Badge parking is signposted and organisers advise using nearby town centre car parks as there is no designated event parking.
