The KoRo Frauenlauf Berlin is Germany’s largest charity women’s run, blending community, fitness and charitable purpose in the heart of the capital. With KoRo as title sponsor since 2022, the event offers an uplifting, supportive atmosphere for first‑timers and competitive runners alike. The 2025 edition marked the event’s 40th running, underscoring its long heritage and popularity.
The race starts and finishes on Straße des 17. Juni and follows an iconic loop through the Tiergarten past the Siegessäule (Victory Column), along Hofjägerallee and by the Brandenburg Gate before returning to the grand boulevard. Participants can choose 5 km or 10 km distances, with running and walking (including Nordic walking) options, and a family-friendly bambini run for younger athletes. The 5 km fun run often offers optional timing.
Its central location ensures excellent public transport access. Detailed schedules and start times are typically published closer to race day. The event combines sightseeing with sport to create a festive city‑park experience in central Berlin.
