The KoRo Frauenlauf Berlin is celebrated as Germany’s largest charity women’s run, offering an uplifting atmosphere through the heart of the capital. Set around the leafy Tiergarten with start and finish on Straße des 17. Juni, the course showcases Berlin’s iconic landmarks. Runners and walkers enjoy a welcoming environment that balances festive spirit with the option to chase personal goals.
The route typically passes the Victory Column and near the Brandenburg Gate before returning to the grand boulevard of Straße des 17. Juni. Participants can choose from 5 km or 10 km distances, with both running and walking, including Nordic walking, accommodated. A bambini run adds a family-friendly element, encouraging younger participants to join the occasion.
With KoRo as title sponsor since 2022, the event blends community, fitness, and charitable purpose in a distinctly Berlin setting. The 2025 edition marked the 40th running, underscoring the event’s heritage and popularity. Public transport access is excellent, making it straightforward for participants and supporters to reach the venue.
