Hesepe St. Martin's Run

The Heseper Martinslauf is a traditional cross-country event organised by SV Groß Hesepe and held in Klein Hesepe, Geeste. The event name Heseper Martinslauf is used by the organiser and the race day for 2026 is scheduled for 7 November with a 13:00 local start. Runners of all ages are welcomed, with specific children and youth races alongside the main cross-country distances.

The programme features multiple distances (8.87 km, 3 km, 1.6 km and 0.83 km) and a village-style finish area at Am Tierpark in Geeste. All participants receive a certificate and a Martinsgans, with medals awarded to the top three finishers in the relevant categories. Facilities include an on-site changing tent, showers on request at the sports hall, and street parking on Am Tierpark close to the start/finish area.
