Chouffe Classic

The Chouffe Classic is a one-day road cycling challenge held in and around Houffalize, Belgium, and promoted within the Proximus Cycling Challenge brand. The event on 23 May 2026 offers multiple distance options that thread through Ardennes terrain and notable ascents such as the Côte de Haussire, combining demanding climbs with scenic forested roads. Riders benefit from comprehensive on-route support including medical and technical assistance, well-stocked aid stations and official event signage, and all finishers receive Chouffe-themed refreshments at the Brasserie d’Achouffe.

Event logistics include pre-event packet pickup at the Chouffe Pasta Party, Scan & Ride race-day collection, and secure bike storage plus shower and changing facilities at the Centre Sportif start/finish. The organiser (Peloton / Proximus Cycling Challenge) provides online registration with group options and explicit provisions that refreshments are only available on presentation of the race plate (kaderplaatje).
