The Chester Triathlon (Deva Triathlon) is a city-centre triathlon with transition and finish in Grosvenor Park, Chester. Organised by Active Leisure Events in partnership with Chester Triathlon Club, the event offers a mix of urban transition facilities and a rural bike route that travels into surrounding villages. The event is presented as a World Standard Distance Triathlon qualifier for the Deva Olympic distance and is published for Sunday 7th June 2026 with an overall entry limit of 1,500 across all distances.
Multiple race formats run on the same day, from shorter sprint-style options through to a middle-distance 100K event (Deva Centurion). The courses use a single 40 km bike lap (two laps for the Centurion) and a riverside run route finishing at the Grosvenor Park bandstand. Important event information and rules reference the British Triathlon Federation rulebook and the organiser's terms and policies on the event website.
