The Blackpool Festival of Running (2026) is a two-day seaside running festival held on the Blackpool Promenade and organised by Fylde Coast Runners. The festival brings together five distances across a single weekend — Marathon, Half Marathon, 10k, 5k and 2k — with staggered start times that allow entrants to take part in multiple events. The event is centred on the promenade and seafront, with information on road closures and spectator arrangements published by the organiser to support race-day logistics.
All finishers receive bespoke finisher medals and competitors in the Marathon and Half Marathon are awarded commemorative technical T-shirts as noted on the event pages. Entrants register online via the event registration flow and the organiser’s pages provide competitor information, road-closure notices and results from previous editions.
