The Altacher Silvesterlauf is an annual New Year's road running event held in Altach, Vorarlberg, with the 2026 edition scheduled for Sunday 27 December 2026. Presented by Raiffeisenbank Montfort, the Altacher Silvesterlauf attracts over 2,000 participants and is described by the organiser as the second-largest Silvesterlauf in Austria. The race features a lively event village, a family-friendly side programme and multiple running categories to suit different abilities.
Start and finish are at the Musikhaus on the rear side of the Mittelschule Altach (Kirchfeldstraße 1a), and registration is handled online via Race Result. Timing is electronic with a transponder integrated into the race bib, and the event donates part of its proceeds to local aid organisations including amKumma.
