The 8. Schlossinsellauf Lübben (Schlossinsellauf) is a community running festival held on Schlossinsel (Castle Island) in Lübben, Spreewald. The event offers a broad range of distances from a 550 m Bambini run for the youngest children through 1.1 km and 2.2 km youth races up to 5 km, 10 km and a half marathon, plus a Run & Bike half-marathon option. It is organised by Evangelischer Schulverein Lübben e.V. and serves as a scoring round in the Spreewaldcup 2026, attracting individual runners, families and club teams from the region.
Registration is staged with early, regular and late (Nachmeldung) fees and the organiser operates a strict cap of 1000 starters; payments are processed by Sport Service Falkensee. Practical information such as bib collection is published on the official site, with bib pickup scheduled for Saturday 20 June 2026 (14:00–17:00) and Sunday 21 June 2026 (08:00–10:00).
