7th Bear Run

The 7. Bären Run (7th Bear Run) is an obstacle cross‑country event staged by SV Floh‑Seligenthal in the Haderholz / Seligenthal area of Floh‑Seligenthal, Thuringia, Germany. The race blends natural trail sections with roughly 20 built and natural obstacles per lap, offering a playful yet demanding course that organisers describe as suitable for a wide age range.
