The 7-Meilen-Trail 2026 is a club-organised trail running event staged by the TSG Kaiserslautern running section in the Kaiserslauterer Wald near Kaiserslautern. The day features two forest-only, asphalt-free courses: the long 7‑Meilen (approx. 11.265 km) and the shorter 4‑Meilen (approx. 6.437 km). The long course is notable for sustained climbing (about 340 m ascent) while the shorter route is more approachable and open to walkers and runners of varied abilities.
Race day logistics centre on the start/finish opposite the Restaurant Sommerhaus with race number pick-up at the TSG Kaiserslautern Vereinsheim (club house). The 7‑Meilen race begins at 10:00 and the 4‑Meilen race at 10:25 on Sunday 27 September 2026. Practical facilities referenced on official pages include aid stations, showers/changing at club facilities and food and drink services at the club house after the race. The organiser publishes course maps and further logistical details on the official event site; the long race also serves as the 6th scoring round in the Laufladen‑Cup 2026 (only the 7‑Meilen race counts).
