The event titled "Wettkampf - 4. Groß Mimmelager Windmühlenlauf- 2026" (Windmühlenlauf Groß Mimmelage) is a one‑day road running meeting organised by the Laufabteilung des TV Groß Mimmelage e.V. and scheduled for 14 June 2026. It takes place at the Vereinsgelände des TV Groß Mimmelage in Badbergen and comprises three races for different ages and abilities. The races include a children's Schülerlauf (2 km), a Jedermannlauf (6.5 km) and the Hauptlauf (11.5 km).
The courses are described as flat and fully asphalted, running past the local Groß Mimmelager windmill and set up to allow fast times. The event features on‑site prizegiving with food and drinks including bratwurst, cake and cold refreshments, and awards certificates and prizes to top finishers in overall and age‑group categories. There is a special cash prize of €50 for a new course record on the 11.5 km Hauptlauf.
