The 38. Sparkassen KnappenMan 2026 brings a fast, lake‑side triathlon festival to the Lusatian Lakeland on 29–30 August 2026. Centred at the scenic Dreiweiberner See near Hoyerswerda, the event is known for its smooth organisation and welcoming atmosphere. As one of the longest‑running triathlon events in eastern Germany, it attracts both ambitious first‑timers and seasoned athletes. Registration is open and interest is expected to be strong following recent record participation.
True to its motto as a fast course, the programme features all classic triathlon distances with options to race individually or in a relay. Athletes can choose from Sprint, Olympic, Middle (half‑distance) and Long‑distance triathlons, alongside Jedermann and junior categories.
