The 37. RiEMER-Teamtriathlon is a club-run team relay held at Barleber See near Magdeburg and organised by Magdeburger Triathlon Club e.V. Teams of three complete the course in a fixed start order, with each team member performing one swim, one bike and one run leg in sequence. The format is notable for its relay-style rotation: 3 × 500 m swimming, 3 × 21 km cycling and 3 × 5 km running, which favours teamwork and tactical order selection.
Entries are managed via my.raceresult and the entry fee includes a T-shirt if sizes are submitted by 25 August 2026, with differing fees depending on the registration window and a field limit of 130 teams. The event follows DTU sporting regulations, requires helmet use on the bike, and enforces penalties or disqualification for drafting or unsporting behaviour. A formal prize-giving (Siegerehrung) is scheduled after the last finisher, roughly at 14:30 on race day.
