30th Hainich Run 2026

The 30. Hainich-Lauf 2026 is an annual community running day organised by SV Mihla e.V., held in Mihla (Amt Creuzburg) on 1 May. The event forms part of a joint race weekend with the Werratalmarathon and offers a broad programme of distances from 300 m childrens races to a half marathon, with dedicated walking and Nordic walking options. Routes traverse the scenic Hainich area, with several races starting and finishing at Sportplatz Mihla and childrens events held on the stadium grounds.

Entries for the 2026 edition are available online via the RaceResult portal until 29 April, with on-site late registration possible for an additional fee where allowed. The event uses professional bib-based transponder timing and prizes are awarded to overall and age-group winners; all participants in the 30th edition receive a commemorative medal. Facilities include on-site catering, free parking and changing/shower provision at the Sportplatz Mihla.
