The VR-Bank Mitte Herbstlauf (also referred to as the Dingelstädter Herbstlauf powered by VR-Bank Mitte) is a one-day road running festival in Dingelstädt, Germany, organised by Lauffreunde Eichsfeld e.V. The meeting offers distances from a 400 m Bambini race up to a DLV/IAAF‑measured half marathon and is part of the regional Eichsfeld‑Cup and the TLV‑Laufcup; in relevant years the meeting also hosts Thüringer state road running championships. Main routes from 3 km to the half marathon are measured to DLV/IAAF standards and the courses are advertised as flat and fast, suitable for competitive and recreational runners alike.

Race day logistics centre on the Kanonenbahnradweg start/finish near the Bahnübergang/Übergang Weihbühlpfad with number collection and changing facilities in the local primary school sports hall. Facilities include multiple on-course feed stations (for the half marathon), race chip timing, food and drink services at the finish, showers/changing, toilets and parking. The event provides finisher medals, podium prizes for top finishers, age-group classifications according to DLV rules and dedicated children’s races. Online registration (with published timing rules, safety notes and prize/award arrangements) and staggered late-entry fees are published on the organiser pages. Notably, the half marathon route passes through the 1,530 m Küllstedter Tunnel.
