29th International Run through the Sportpark Koblenz (2026)

The 29. Internationaler Lauf durch den Sportpark Koblenz (commonly listed as the 29. Volkslauf Koblenz) is a community running event organised by Meddy’s Lauf- und Walkingtreff Koblenz e.V. It takes place at Stadion Oberwerth with routes through Sportpark Koblenz and the traditional Wasserwerkrunde, offering very flat, fast courses on asphalt and paved paths. The meeting is family-friendly with distances for children, walkers and main race entrants, and highlights team prizes for the largest pre-registered groups.

Timing is electronic using a single-use transponder in the bib and results/online certificates are published after the event by the timing provider (br-timing). The event schedule concentrates activity in the early evening, making it accessible for families and commuters. On-site facilities include changing rooms and showers at the stadium, free parking and easy access to public transport (CGM Arena / Stadion bus stop adjacent to Stadion Oberwerth). Start packages are handed out at the stadium tribune entrance.

Online registration is handled via the organiser's portal and typically closes shortly before the event (online registration closes 18 June 2026 at 20:00 according to organiser information); late changes or late-entry options are possible on race day for a small fee. Age-group classifications are preserved and in-person certificates are issued for top finishers.
