26th RLT Rodgau 50-km Ultramarathon

The 26. 50-km-Ultramarathon des RLT Rodgau is a classic winter ultra on a flat, officially measured 5 km circuit in Rodgau-Dudenhofen. Start and finish are set in the Freizeitanlage Gänsbrüh, with a mixed-surface loop featuring park, forest and field paths and around 2 km of asphalt each lap. The course holds DLV approval to IAAF rules and is best-list eligible, appealing to both performance-focused runners and first-time ultrarunners. Electronic chip timing is integrated into the bib and records every lap for accurate splits and final classification.

Runners complete ten laps to cover the 50 km distance, supported by on-course refreshments and finish catering. Bib collection, race headquarters and the awards ceremony are hosted at the TSV Dudenhofen Turnhalle, within walking distance of the start area, and showers are available at the nearby Sportzentrum. Prizes include trophies and special awards, with an additional bonus for breaking the course record. While the event is held in principle in any weather, severe weather or force majeure may require cancellation, and participants are asked to respect the natural surroundings and event rules.
