Wandermarktplatz Hennweiler, Schulstraße 1, 55619 Hennweiler, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany
24 Stunden von Rheinland-Pfalz is a continuous 24-hour charity hike held in 2026 as the Zwölfte Runde (12th edition) from 20 to 21 June. The event invites participants to walk a total of 72 kilometres in and around Hennweiler, following a concept described as "Einmal rund um die Uhr Wandern". The route is organised as three loops centred on Hennweiler and branded on the site as Die drei Schleifen, offering a sustained endurance challenge rather than a timed race. The terrain is described as bergauf und bergab, with varied uphill and downhill sections through the Hunsrück and Naheland.
The event is organised by 24 Stunden von Rheinland-Pfalz as a benefit walk, with proceeds supporting regional projects for children via partners including RPR Hilft e.V., Human Help Network e.V. and Soonwaldstiftung - Hilfe für Kinder in Not. The official start and finish are at Wandermarktplatz Hennweiler and travel information (Anfahrt) and navigation advice are provided on the event site. Participants are directed to the event homepage and the registration page for sign-up and further event information, while route details are also referenced via the Touren-App Rheinland-Pfalz. Specific start times, per-loop distances and pricing are not published on the available pages and should be confirmed with the organiser before the event.
