10th Corsa dei Castelli

The event titled "10^ CORSA DEI CASTELLI 2026" brings together competitive and non‑competitive running formats in the historic city of Trieste. Organised by PROMORUN TRIESTE (ASD PROMORUN TRIESTE), the races start at Castello di Miramare and finish at Piazza Unità d’Italia, offering a scenic route that showcases the seafront and central urban landmarks. The organisers present the course as FIDAL‑homologated and notably fast, emphasising long straight sections that favour quick performances.

The event comprises a competitive 10 km, a 10 km non‑competitive "Ten" and an 8 km Family Run, with the non‑competitive waves designed for families and recreational participants. PROMORUN also promotes local accommodation support in collaboration with Discover Trieste and lists institutional partners and sponsors that back the race. The edition includes international involvement through the International Road Race U23 framework, underlining its sporting profile alongside mass participation features.
