On Saturday, August 30, 2025, the Wolcottville fun run 1 mile dash / 5K will be taking place as a part of the Wolcottville annual mill festival. The event will feature two races designed for runners of all ages and experience levels.
The 1 mile fun run will kick things off at 9:00 AM with a tunnel of trees and bubbles. All kids will get a medal for participation, and a timer will show your completion time. The 5K will begin at 9:20 AM, featuring a beautiful 1/2 mile trail tunnel of trees to Main St. north to cemetery Street, west to a stunning cemetery with tunnels of trees, looping back to Main Street to Taylor Park, and then back to the railroad tracks through the tunnel of trees where we began.
1 Mile Fun Run: 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM
5K Fun Run/Walk: 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM
Pre-registration cost is $20 for the 1 mile fun run (ages 13 and younger) and $25 for the 5K. Registration opens June 1, 2025.
Packet pickup details will be provided closer to the event date.
Participants are encouraged to bring water bottles and comfortable running shoes.
Open registration will be available on race day. Limited T-shirts will be available.
Prizes will be awarded to the top three men and women overall and the winner in each age division.
