VOLVO Tierparklauf 2026 is a two-day, family-oriented running festival held within the grounds of Tierpark Berlin. The event, known in German as "Tierparklauf", features a mix of short children’s races, recreational 5 km and 10 km races, a 6 km trail option and a generations relay, all routed past animal enclosures and park landmarks. Organisers present the weekend as a festival atmosphere with music, food trucks and activities for kids, making it especially welcoming to families and running newcomers.
Participants receive race-day entry to the Tierpark Berlin with their start number and benefit from chip timing, a finisher medal and on-course refreshment points. The course is based on a 5 km loop (10 km = two laps) with a separate trail route that includes steeper, unpaved sections; organisers emphasise accessibility for all ages alongside the unique park setting. Registration is open via the official event page and the weekend is promoted under the Berlin läuft! portfolio with Volvo as title sponsor.
