Usedom Marathon — Running on Europe’s longest promenade

The event titled "Usedom-Marathon – Laufen auf Europas längster Strandpromenade" is a long-established road running meeting on the island of Usedom that attracts national and international fields. The course is notable for its cross‑border routing, beginning in Świnoujście (Poland) and finishing at the Peene Stadium in Wolgast (Germany), and for running along one of Europe’s longest and most scenic strand promenades. The organisers present the race as a varied natural experience, passing lively promenades, the Kaiserbäder and calm coastal forests along the Baltic shore.

The Usedom‑Marathon weekend comprises a Marathon, a Half Marathon (Halbmarathon) and a Relay Marathon (Staffelmarathon), all scheduled for 5 September 2026.
