Urban Trail of the Foundation for Breath

The Urban Trail de la Fondation du Souffle is a charity running and walking event that supports respiratory health research; the organiser is the Fondation du Souffle. The 2026 edition ("Urban Trail de la Fondation du Souffle") brings participants to the Butte Montmartre with a start at Square Nadar and a finish at the Parvis du Sacré-Cœur, and also offers a connected/virtual participation option across France. The event is presented as a solidarity experience that combines an urban trail route, notable stair climbs and a community race village.

Participants can choose running or walking formats on the Montmartre course; the event materials and partner listings describe a 7 km trail featuring extensive stair sections and an alternative shorter walk option. The race village opens in the morning and bib pickup is organised the day before in central Paris (Jardin du Luxembourg), reflecting the event's on-site logistics and community focus. All registration proceeds are described as being donated to research through the Fondation du Souffle.
