Ultra Trail of the Three Bridges 2026

The Ultra Trail des 3 Ponts (UT3P) is a multi-distance trail festival held in Normandy that centres on Gruchet‑le‑Valasse and the historic Abbaye du Valasse. The event weekend combines a marquee 175 km ultra with shorter trail formats, relay options and childrens races, and routes deliberately traverse three départements along and around the Seine. The organiser emphasises a demanding yet scenic course, shared regulations across formats and local hospitality at the event village.

The village at the Abbaye du Valasse provides a convivial festival atmosphere with local producers, food and drink offerings and live animation for runners and supporters. Race formats include solo and team ultras, a 90 km event, approachable 20 km and 9 km loops, a Nordic walking option and a dedicated UT3P KIDS programme with several youth distances. The event is listed with UTMB Index status and includes mandatory kit rules and aid stations as described in the official race regulations.
