Ultra Trail of Puy Mary Aurillac (UTPMA)

The Ultra Trail du Puy Mary Aurillac (UTPMA) is a mountain trail running festival centred on Aurillac in the Puy Mary massif. The 2026 edition (13th) runs over the weekend of 12–13 June and brings together multiple distances from a premier 114 km ultra to shorter trail and walking options. The event highlights high-altitude scenery, technical ridgelines and village hosts across the Cantal region, with a dedicated event village and practical services for participants and spectators.

UTPMA combines a long overnight ultra with daytime races, relay options and mass-participation walks, supported by organised aid stations, shuttle information and a central village plan.
