Event Overview
Tulsa Area Triathletes is excited for 2025's Tulsa Triathlon! Join us at Twin Cove Point at Birch Lake in Barnsdall, OK. This is a beautiful location for swimming, cycling and running. ALL RACES ON SUNDAY!! The schedule of events will be Individual Sprint, Relay Team Sprint, Individual Olympic, Relay Team Olympic, Aquabike and NEW this year Swim Only option.

- Thurs 6/19 10am - 7:30pm
- Friday 6/20 10am - 6pm
- Saturday 6/21 10am - 3pm
Race Day Sunday June 22
- 6:00am Transition opens
- 7:00am Transition closes
- 7:05am Pre-Race Meeting at Swim beach area
- 7:10am Sprint Race Begins
- 7:30am Olympic Race Begins
- 11:00am Bike Cutoff - You MUST be off bike and on run course

All Packet Pickup is at RunnersWorld Tulsa 3920 S Peoria Tulsa 74105. You must bring photo id no exceptions.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds for this event due to weather, cancellation or if postponed. You can defer your registration 1 year but you must defer by June 2nd. There is a $15 deferral fee.
