Trompeter Run Bad Säckingen – International Trompeter Run Bad Säckingen

The Trompeterlauf Bad Säckingen ("Trompeterlauf Bad Säckingen – Internationaler Trompeterlauf Bad Säckingen") is a one-day running festival held in the historic old town of Bad Säckingen. The event brings together a wide range of age groups with tailored races from Bambini runs to an elite Grand Prix, and it positions itself as a community celebration: “Ein Lauf, der die ganze Stadt bewegt.” The organiser emphasises atmosphere and accessibility, combining competitive sport with family-friendly entertainment on Münsterplatz.

On 23 July 2026 the 20th edition will feature multiple timed races, a mixed relay, and leisure-oriented fitness/team runs, with on-site registration and bib/chip pickup at the Kursaal. The event offers electronic chip timing, certificates and medals for many categories, water and refreshment stations, medical cover along the course and podium prizes including monetary and material awards for top finishers. Participants and spectators can expect DJs and a festival atmosphere around the finish area, with practical facilities such as changing/shower rooms and nearby parking and public-transport access.
