TŘEBOŇSKÝ PŮL / MARATON, DESÍTKA A PĚTKA 2026 brings a fast, certified road running experience in the heart of the Třeboňsko Protected Landscape Area. Starting and finishing on Masarykovo náměstí in Třeboň, the courses thread through forests and past ponds on smooth, largely flat surfaces ideal for personal bests. The event blends a charming historic town setting with a nature‑rich route, creating a welcoming festival atmosphere for runners and supporters alike.
Four distances are offered on race day, with morning starts for the marathon, half marathon, 10 km and 5 km from the town square. Runners benefit from pacers on the marathon and half marathon, start corrals by expected time to ease congestion, and generous finish limits. Well‑spaced aid stations feature water, isotonic drinks and partner nutrition, with a playful flourish of prosecco and strawberries just before the line. Every finisher receives a medal and free professional photos from multiple on‑course locations and the finish area.
Practical services include organised bag storage near the square and a compact event village with partner stalls and refreshments. Number and chip collection is available on Friday and again on Saturday morning, with an optional easy social run on Friday to loosen the legs. The organisers emphasise considerate behaviour in protected areas and tidy disposal of litter at aid stations to keep the landscape pristine. Expect a smooth, runner‑centred day that balances speed, scenery and friendly touches.
