Trail of Salagou Lake 2026

Trail du Salagou returns for an October 2026 edition centred on the Lac du Salagou at Clermont-l'Hérault. The event stages multiple trail distances around the lake and peninsula, showcasing the region's characteristic red soils, Mediterranean vegetation and wide lakeside views. Routes are described as largely non‑technical nature trails with varied terrain that remains accessible to a broad range of participants while offering some more testing sections.

The programme includes long and short trail options, a Nordic walking route and children's races, all using the Lac du Salagou area as start and finish points.
