Starting and ending in Mandello del Lario, this race takes runners from the peaceful lakeshore to the towering peaks near the Sasso Cavallo wall. The course offers stunning panoramic views of the lake and the chance to see chamois in their natural habitat. The TGS EXTREME is a challenging 42-kilometer trail with a total elevation gain of 3,800 meters.
