Start and packet pickup infrastructure are based at Jahnstadion (Sandweg 7) with a city-centre finish at Bürgerstraße / Gauß-Weber-Anlage. Participant services include timed (chip) results, luggage transfer, showers/changing, professional photography and post-race food and drink. The organiser provides starter packages and an official clothing item for participants. Safety measures published by the organiser include mandatory helmets, medical cover, police-led neutralised starts and other measures to ensure a secure race environment. The event also features afternoon prize draws and finish-area stage programming to enhance the festival atmosphere.
