THE ROC WALES offers an exhilarating adventure set against the breathtaking backdrop of Abersoch. The event kicks off on the golden sands of Abersoch beach with a 1.5km swim in the picturesque Abersoch bay. Following the swim, participants launch into a 50km cycling journey that skillfully navigates the swift and challenging terrain of the Snowdon Massif. The excitement continues on foot with a hike along The Watkin Path, which is renowned as the most demanding ascent to the summit of Wales' tallest mountain. This 6km trail climbs 3,330ft, rewarding racers with stunning panoramic vistas. After enjoying the view, competitors make their way back down, tackle the 50km cycle return, and finish with a victorious 1km run along the sandy stretch of Abersoch beach, concluding at the celebratory finish line.
