The Rochester Triathlon, known as The ROC, is a late summer classic organized by the Rochester Area Triathletes (RATs) and held at Durand-Eastman Beach in Irondequoit, NY. The event features a shallow open-water swim, closed-to-traffic bike course, and a scenic run along Lake Ontario and Seabreeze shorelines. The ROC is a USAT-sanctioned event that offers qualifying slots for the National Championships in both Sprint and Intermediate distances for Age-Group and High School participants. Please note that the Duathlon, Aquabike, and Relays will no longer be offered.
