The Joust 6hr, 12hr & 24hr is an off‑road ultrarunning weekend hosted from Top Barn Camping at Top Barn Farm, Holt Heath near Worcester. The event is built around a marked loop of roughly 5.3–5.6 miles on private farmland and offers multiple timed formats — 24‑hour, 12‑hour and 6‑hour — plus a supervised children’s fun run.
