The 2nd Volksbank City Triathlon Amstetten

DER 2. VOLKSBANK STADTTRIATHLON AMSTETTEN (Stadttriathlon Amstetten) is scheduled for 21 June 2026 in Amstetten, Austria. The event is promoted by Tria Team NÖ West as an Einsteigertriathlon that welcomes individual competitors and relay teams, with a rolling start for the race wave. The course combines a pool swim at Stadtbad Amstetten with a compact city-centre bike route and a multi-lap run finishing on the Hauptplatz. Two transition zones (Parkplatz Stadtbad and Hauptplatz) and an awards ceremony on the Stadtplatz are part of the event day.

The format is deliberately short and spectator-friendly, featuring a 300 m pool swim, a c.9.1 km bike segment with multiple laps through the town, and a 3 km run made up of three 1 km laps. Competitors receive a starter pack that includes a swim cap and timing chip, and the organiser provides on-course drinks, a finisher buffet, medical support and shower facilities at the Stadtbad. The official organiser is Tria Team NÖ West and the event is held under ÖTRV rules, with annual or day licences available for participants.
