Richmond Old Town Road, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond, London TW9 1TP, United Kingdom
The Thames Path 100® is a 100-mile marked point-to-point trail race taking runners from Richmond in London to the grounds of Oxford University, finishing in the centre of Oxford. The course follows the meandering route of the River Thames and is described by the organiser as largely flat and fast, with the majority run on groomed paths, trails and paved pathways. Runners experience extensive riverside scenery along a clearly marked route, and entrants must complete the course within the published 30-hour time limit. The event is organised and delivered by Centurion Running under an official UKA Permit through the Trail Running Association.
Entries for the 2 May 2026 race are listed as full on the official page and a waitlist is also reported as full; Centurion Running notes some exceptions for volunteers and provides options for refund protection via XCover. The race forms part of the Centurion 100 Mile Grand Slam offering for athletes wishing to contest multiple 100-mile events, and full event information including rules, infopack and refund/deferral policy is linked from the event page. Start and finish venues, course notes and schedule are provided on the organiser site; specific start times and certain logistical inclusions are not shown on the principal page and are available in the infopack/schedule pages.
