The TCS Amsterdam Marathon is a flagship marathon weekend organised by Le Champion and promoted as a World Athletics Platinum Label road race. The event takes place across a packed two-day programme with races for elites and mass participants, including the full marathon, the Mizuno Half Marathon, a 7.5K, a Kids Run and the Heroes Run. Start and finish are staged at Amsterdam's Olympic Stadium and the weekend is promoted for its fast, flat course and iconic city landmarks. The official site highlights route passages under the Rijksmuseum, along the Amstel River and through Vondelpark, with course maps provided for all distances.
The official pages for the 2026 edition list the weekend as 17–18 October 2026 and note that the full marathon and half marathon are sold out, with final tickets available via the charity partner KWF Kankerbestrijding. The organiser promotes travel-package partners, a large international field (more than 60,000 participants across the weekend) and special charity entry options such as the Run Against Cancer programme. The site also references expo and programme pages, a ticket-resale facility, and commemorative content around the event's 50th anniversary and recent course-record performances.
