Tawas Bay Summerfest 5k/10k

Who: Tawas Wellness Warriors is a local nonprofit offering affordable wellness opportunities for Iosco County!  We are excited to work with the Tawas Area Chamber of Commerce and host the 2025 Tawas Summerfest 5k/10k!  All proceeds will be divided between the Tawas Wellness Warriors and the Tawas Area Chamber of Commerce.

What: 5k (3.1 mile) Run or Walk; 10k (6.2 mile) Run only.

Where: Race Start/Finish: East Tawas Community Center, 760 Newman St. East Tawas, MI, 48730.  

When: 12 July, 2025 @ 8:30am (10k start); 9:00 (5k start); Medal Ceremony @ 10:15. Cost: 5k/10k - $25 / $30 After July 31st - $30 / $35 Day of race - $35 / $40 $10 off for ages 10 and under

How: PRE-REGISTRATION ONLINE: Click "Sign-up" above.

          Day Before REGISTRATION / PACKET PICKUP @ Tawas City Shoreline Park 12-6pm.

          Race Day REGISTRATION / PACKET PICKUP 7:30 - 8:45am East Tawas Community Center.

Timing: Race will be chip timed by A2 Race Management.

Awards: Runners: M/F Overall, M/F (1st, 2nd, 3rd) U13, U18, U30, U40, U50, U60, U70, 70+  Walkers (5k): Overall 1st, 2nd, 3rd .

Notes: All fees are non-refundable. You must be present to receive a T-shirt & awards.  

T-shirts available to first 150 registered. Sizes are not guaranteed.

Strollers are welcome, but please no pets or bikes.
